In recognition of the need for smooth and continuous operation of the motorways under its care, which derives from its obligations according to the Concession Agreement and from the commitment to higher safety levels in combination with the highest quality services, Kentriki Odos implements a Regulatory Compliance Management System (RCMS).
As a member of the GEK TERNA Group, Kentriki Odos has adopted and is implementing the Code of Conduct (CoC) and the Regulatory Compliance Policy of the GEK TERNA Group. The CoC outlines the basic principles, beliefs, corporate culture, and business ethics of the GEK TERNA Group.
In the framework of the RCMS, the company aims at recognising the broader Regulatory Framework (Concession Agreement, legislation, technical standards, etc.) that governs all of the Operation and Maintenance activities of the motorways under its care, managing complaints by stakeholders, and suitably implementing actions to deal with any complaints.
Kentriki Odos has established a Regulatory Compliance Team (RCT), which, in collaboration with Management and the other company stakeholders, is competent for monitoring that the CoC and the implemented policies are observed, as well as with coordinating the effective operation of the RCMS.
Lastly, it should be noted that Kentriki Odos’ BCMS is certified in accordance with standard ISO 37301:2021.
